Each Composer Journal includes 60 double-sided pages of premium 80 lb. music manuscript paper, six solid brass binder rings (custom machined in the US), and a set of full-grain leather covers.
Using the popular disc-bound system, the journal is designed to be refillable with a new paper pad, and individual pages can also be rearranged within the journal.

This initial batch of the Composer Journal uses leathers from the Badalassi Carlo and Conceria Walpier tanneries in Italy, which produce some of the finest leathers in the world today. This leather will develop a beautiful patina over time.
