In-Stock and Made-to Order Items

In-stock and made-to-order shop items in unused condition can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. 

Custom Orders

Custom orders cannot be returned for a refund, unless there is a defect in manufacturing.

For All Returns

 

• Return requests should be completed by contacting codaleathercraft@gmail.com from the email address that you used to place the order. Please provide your order number in the message.
  
• All return costs will be covered by the customer, unless the return was initiated due to our mistake.
• Upon sending your item back, please allow 7-14 business days from the time you ship your order for your return or exchange to be processed.
• After an assessment to confirm the unused condition of the item, a refund will be credited back to the original payment method.
